Can I set more than 1 SIM card per account?

The more SIMs you set up, the more you earn!

There is no limit on the SIM cards you can manage from one account.

Just download SimCash.io and login with the same credentials (email and password) on different devices.

SimCash.io also supports dual-sim devices, with physical SIM or E-SIM cards.

You can check your SIMs situation (SIMs status, SMSs sent, prices and destinations) from one device: click Recap SIMs and manage all your SIMs from remote.

Why is my SIM paused?

The red squares indicate that Simcash.io was unable to send SMS from your SIM card.

After 3 attempts of sending an SMS, your SIM will be automatically paused from the system.

This might be due to 3 factors:

  • Your operator filters some kind of SMS content (e.g. the word "code" or something similar)
  • Your SIM has been limited or blocked by your operator: this means you can not send any SMS
  • You have an on-net plan/subscription: this means your SIM can not send SMS to all mobile operators in your country – please contact our Support Team, but we can not guarantee the proper functioning of SimCash.io

Try to send a manual SMS to a contact of yours and see if the SMS is delivered (and sent) or not.

Please, check your mobile offer/SMS bundle because sometimes operators give you many (or unlimited) SMS on-net (to the numbers registered under the same operator) but not off-net (to other mobile carriers).

Note that go against the Policy or the Terms of Service of your mobile operator may lead to a complete SIM blockage and suspension of Internet, SMS or calls services

To avoid any issues related to your SIM card and mobile plan/subscription, we strongly recommend:

  • Read the Terms of Service of your operator
  • Set a pause between each SMS
  • Set a conscientious SMS limit (hourly/daily)

I received an email with subject "Not delivering to…"

Everyone wants to reach and send SMS to all countries of the world, but think twice before adding foreign ones, you may be charged with extra costs!

If you received an email with the subject “Not delivering to…” [and country(ies)], means that our tests from your SIM card to that country were not successful.

This may be due to:

  1. Your Internet connection was down but the SIM card was active
  2. Your mobile operator can not reach this country
  3. Your SMS bundle does not include this country
  4. You do not have enough credit on your SIM card to send to that country
  5. Your SIM card is blocked by your mobile operator

First, check if your SMS bundle is not expired and try to send a manual SMS to a contact of yours (or using other SMS test services) and check if it is received on the other part.

If you still can not deliver SMS, your SIM may be blocked by your mobile operator or your SMS bundle does not include SMS to that country.

Please, check with your provider if you are occurring one of these options.

Once checked, you can reply to [email protected] or via Telegram.

Do not worry if you do not receive any answers: SimCash.io will test your paused SIM cards daily, so they may start sending SMS again automatically.

I often got my SIM suspended. What should I do?

When you need an OTP SMS, you want to receive it almost immediately, don’t you?

Due to the importance of delivering this kind of SMS, SimCash.io test your SIM card(s) consistently.

Remember that using low-cost devices may affect the SMS sending speed; indeed if your device speed is low, SMS may be undelivered or delivered too late.

If the delivering rate of your SIM card(s) is too low, it will probably be suspended.

If you often face out this issue, follow these steps to improve your SMS delivering rate:

  • Select fewer countries, indeed a small selection of countries can improve this rate
  • Run a new Network Search or choose to select automatically
  • Select 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G network accordingly to your device and your current SMS bundle (not all of them supports 5G for example)
  • Place your devices close to Wi-Fi or where they can get the best internet connection
  • Locate your devices where the mobile phone signal is strong
  • Switch off SIM cards which are not working correctly
  • Close other background apps which may affect the speed of your device
